Meet Attorney Star M. Wagner

Trial Attorney Star Wagner is committed to fighting for individuals whose lives have been derailed by the carelessness of others – driven by strategic thinking, disciplined preparation, and relentless client advocacy. She understands that recovery extends far beyond the courtroom, and believes representation demands not only legal expertise, but also trust, compassion, and a genuine appreciation of the challenges clients face as they rebuild their lives.

Prior to joining Bigos Law, Star represented both plaintiffs and defendants across a diverse range of civil disputes at a prominent Maine litigation firm. Years of litigating cases from both sides gives her clients advantages and insights that many other trial lawyers cannot offer.

Star focuses on securing the best possible client outcomes in and out of the courtroom.  Her clients have described her as “knowledgeable, tenacious and personable.”

Star graduated from the University of Maine School of Law and is admitted to practice in Maine State and Federal Courts. She is a member of the Maine State Bar Association’s Legislative Committee, the Maine Trial Lawyers Association, and the Gignoux Inn of Court. She is a graduate of the Maine State Bar Association’s Leadership Academy Class of 2026 and has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for three consecutive years.
